O-ring Material Properties:
1. Characteristics of NBR nitrile rubber:
(1) Oil resistance, basically no swelling to non-polar and weakly polar oils.
(2) The thermal-oxidative aging performance is better than that of natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber.
(3) Good wear resistance, its wear resistance is 30%-45% higher than that of natural rubber.
(4) The chemical resistance is better than that of natural rubber, but the resistance to strong oxidizing acids is poor.
(5) The elasticity, cold resistance, flex resistance, tear resistance are poor, and the deformation and heat generation are large.
(6) It has poor electrical insulation performance, belongs to semiconductor rubber, and is not suitable for use as electrical insulation material.
(7) Poor ozone resistance.
(8) Poor processing performance.

(1) Excellent high temperature resistance (long-term use below 200 ℃, can withstand high temperature above 300 ℃ for a short time).
(2) Good oil resistance and chemical corrosion resistance
(3) Self-extinguishing when burning.
(4) The performance at high temperature and high altitude is better than other rubbers, and the air tightness is close to that of butyl rubber.
(5) It is stable against ozone aging, weather aging and radiation.
